Return and Refund Policy

General Return Policy
Your purchase is protected by a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, please follow these guidelines:

  • Return Process: Initiate the return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition of Item: Items must be in their original packaging, in brand new condition, and not used, assembled, or installed.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items NOT Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened items removed from their original packaging.
  • Assembled or installed items.
  • Items not returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items marked as non-returnable or non-refundable.
  • Items shipped without prior Return Approval.

Reporting Damages
Inspect your product upon receipt. Report any damage or defects within 48-72 hours of delivery; otherwise, the return may be void.

 

Theft Claims
If you claim that a product was stolen, you must file a police report and provide proof of the incident to prevent fraudulent claims.

  • Order Number
  • Date of Delivery
  • Reason for Return

If the item meets our criteria, we will provide a shipping quote, which you will need to pay. After that, we will send a return label, and you are responsible for preparing the item for shipment. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

 

Note: If the returned item is incomplete or not in brand new condition, Maxout Equipment ™ reserves the right to issue only partial credit based on the manufacturer's discretion.
